Scope of work
- Installation and configuration of the WorkSuite server(s)
- Setup of core services — email server, web app, collaboration and security features
- Your companies created and the apps in your plan switched on
- Performance tuning and best-practice recommendations
- Optional dedicated full-text search server where applicable
- Delivered within the defined time frame — for HA, up to 2 hours per server

Not included
- Ongoing maintenance and post-implementation troubleshooting are not included — available under a Livezen support & maintenance plan
- Installation of, and responsibility for, the operating system and third-party software are excluded
