This page is about worksuite.lk, the website you are reading. How a WorkSuite installation handles the data you put into it is set by the agreement between you and Livezen Technologies (Pvt) Ltd, not by this page.

What the site collects

Nothing, until you send us something. There is no analytics script, no advertising pixel, and no cookie set by this site. The pages are static files.

When you use the enquiry form

We keep what you typed, and two things the request itself carries:

• your name, email address, company, phone number and message, as you entered them
• which kind of enquiry you picked, and the page or plan you came from
• the IP address the request came from, and your browser’s user-agent string — kept because they are what stops one script filling the table overnight

We use it to answer you. We do not sell it, and we do not pass it to anybody outside Livezen Technologies (Pvt) Ltd unless you ask us to.

Where it goes

Into the enquiry table of our own WorkSuite installation, on our own servers. It is read by the people here who answer enquiries.

How long we keep it

For as long as we are dealing with you, and afterwards while it is useful to remember the conversation. Ask us to delete it and we will.

Things we do not do

• We do not add you to a marketing list because you used the contact form.
• We do not track you across other websites.
• We do not load third-party scripts that would let somebody else do either.

Asking us about your data

Write to support@livezentech.com or the address below, and say what you would like — a copy of what we hold, a correction, or deletion.
